Scientific Injection Trail
We have in-house trial machines from 120T to 470T to test the mold we build according to the scientific injection molding principle, which ensures that you get a production-ready mold. In the mold trail, the below procedure will be done as standard:
- Viscosity study
- Cavity balance study
- Holding pressure determination
- Gate seal study
- Cooling time study
- Pressure drop study
- Clamping force optimization
After trial, we will send the machine settings to you for checking with the trial video, part issue report, and samples inspection report.
The injection machines are mainly for mold trials, but also offer for small serial production to meet customers’ requirements.
